Adding rice hull introduced phytic acid and decreased mineral absorption
I have been buying these for a long time and spent a very long time trying to find a vitamin K without junk or grains. Recently I have reordered and the last 2 visits I have not been able to absorb the amount of vitamin D I need to keep my levels where my Dr wants them. I started hunting through the trusted products I normally use and found rice hull in this product ingredients list. The hull of the rice contains phytic acid which binds the minerals reducing their efficiency in your body while at the same time increasing inflammation. This is the same reason I had to stop issuing their vitamin B. Why can't companies not change their products that work? So what if it looks ugly of it does what it's supposed to. It worked really well before, but now I'm on the hunt for another vitamin K supplement.
