I've purchased four Cuisipro Foam Pumps and sooner or later ALL of them developed problems with the pump sticking in the "down" position. Two units stopped providing foam after the plastic pump unit was detached from the dispenser for cleaning. I returned them to Amazon for replacement and several months later both of them developed a sticking problem. I used Dr. Bronner liquid soap and filled the soap and water in the portions indicated by the lines on the side of the dispenser and the Cuisipro worked fine...for a while. Those of you having pump sticking problems can get a replacement under the product guarantee by calling the phone number on the instruction tag wrapped around the stem of the pump. You'll be asked to send proof of purchase and you don't even have to send the defective unit to Browne USA which manufactures the pump. I sent receipts for the two Amazon.com Cuisipro Foam Pump replacements and received two new complete units about a month later. Evidently, they don't have replacement parts for the pump, so they send you a whole new unit. UPDATE on 7-3-2011 to previous review. I made a mistake when I said you didn't have to send the defective units back to the manufacturer for replacement. In fact on October 2010, I mailed two (2) pump units MINUS their dispensers to the company at this address per directions I received by email ALONG with proof of purchase (Amazon receipt): Browne USA, Inc. 802 Centerpoint Blvd., New Castle, DE 19720 Attn: Customer Care. You might want to call this number first 302-326-4802 before mailing your unit(s) to the company for replacement. On November 2010, I received replacements for the Cuisipro Foam Dispensers; however, BOTH of the replaced pumps are sticking again at the down position. I emailed the company about the problem about a month ago and still haven't received a reply, so I'm going to call them instead. If I get no reply, I'm going to mail the units back with a Return Receipt request, so that I'll know when the company received the shipment and that it wasn't "lost in the mail".
