I currently have this is blue that I purchased directly from Apple about a year ago. This is a plastic case that looks like leather. It’s not actual leather I have the real version purchased from Apple and the difference is extremely obvious, you can see the grain on the blue and the brown is pretty much flat, it doesn’t even feel like leather. I guess if you haven’t had the actual case before you wouldn’t know any better since it’s aesthetically pleasing despite not being leather. Return process started.
