Edamame pasta is a fantastic find! It has a slightly chewier texture than standard pasta but otherwise tastes just like what grandma used to serve, and it has lower carbs than normal pasta, which is great for the diabetic in my family. In place of the carbs it has lots of protein, and, unlike practically all other vegetable pasta, this is a complete protein, so I can serve a vegetarian meal without worrying about getting adequate protein. So why only two stars? The product page picture is NOT correct. You get 6 8-ounce boxes of pasta, NOT 6 2-pound boxes; you do NOT get what the page promises to deliver. I have reported this to Amazon,but they have not corrected the information.
