We have had this machine for just a few months now and it was great in the beginning and liked everything about it, but even after two uses of new batteries in the machine it tells us battery’s are low and to change them. We have changed them many times with new fresh batteries and it will not work. I finally ended up throwing it away - we were done with it and back to the old machine! It is a shame since it does talk to you and it says the blood pressure numbers when done. Glad I did not pay a lot for it - don’t waste your money.
