I bought this after a frustrating 30 minutes looking for my keys. I received it, set it up, and it worked fine. Two days later I needed it and...nothing. I found the keys quickly on my own, and the tile was completely silent. No noise at all even with my phone, Bluetooth on, a foot away! The FAQ said that if this happens to update the OS, which I did for a minor update, and it then worked, but it seems that if a minor update from IOS 12.0 to 12.1 is not going to make a $35 gadget work, that it is not worth the money. I will give it a couple more weeks, but am seriously thinking about returning it if it can't be relied on.
