This brush got great reviews. That's why I bought it. It has turned out to be a good toothbrush. However, I cannot get past the gross gunk that develops on the base every single day!!!! I wipe down my toothbrush after every use. I cannot figure out what is causing the gunk to develop every day. It's become such a bother. I hate it. It grosses me out. And, it does take some effort to get it clean...not just a quick swipe. Does anyone know what causes that gunk, and what to do to stop it? The picture is after I cleaned it off last night, and used the toothbrush this morning. This is what it looks like when I go to use my toothbrush the next time. Ick!
