Our goal was to find a easy set home security system. After unboxing the package there was not good detailed instructions. Thankfully I am tech savvy. Software was quiet easy to set up and follow. Adjusting the camera for different needs was easy to navigate in the settings. First day during daytime hours picture was wonderful. Live feed was very good as well. It only records max 20 seconds at a time. Days after its performance fell off the cliff. Video captures were lagging sometime from 3 to 5 seconds of the 20 seconds allowed. It would pick up moving logs in our wood pile. Night vision was a complete joke. We even bought extra decorative lighting to see if it would help. We could not recognize a person unless they were 5 feet or so. The charge of the cameras was suppose to last a few months however we had to charge within 2 weeks. We are very disappointed in the result we got. We posted to return this and replace it with a much better quality system which is Lorex. Our new system picked up a spider weaving down in the night time mode. In our case it was better to pay more for what we wanted then to settle for cheap quality. Update as of 5/10/21 I have received several emails from the company asking me to take my review done with a 45 gift card from paypal. I have had 5 emails from 10 all the way to 45. This is extremely unprofessional in my opinion. They sent a link to my review and a link to how to remove along with the offer of gift cards. I have notified amazon of these as well. Watch out people. If you leave a honest review and they do not like it. the bugging will begin. Best choice ever that i stand by my review and my returning the poor quality product along with the customer service afterword's. Buy at your own risk.
