I purchased this mop from Amazon because the mops that we had purchased 5+ years ago finally fell apart after years of use. The new design is horrible, as you can see from my photo there are holes on each side of the mop head and the velcro that holds the microfiber cleaning pad doesn't extend all the way to the edge of the mop. This creates a problem when mopping where the pad will roll up on itself continuously. It's very frustrating! Another problem that I have with this product is that it leaks like crazy when assembled. The mop was sitting assembled with a cleaning pad on and I sat it on my floor. Within a half hour of placing the mop in the corner waiting to use it, the cleaning solution drained out creating a very wet spot on my flooring. Luckily I caught it in time before the wet spot damaged my flooring beyond repair. Do not purchase this product through Amazon!
