First, the product we just received looks nothing like the product advertised, and I am providing the pictures to back that claim up. I bought this product based on solely on all the great reviews in hopes that it would provide us an easy way to wash my 85 year old bed ridden mothers hair. The neck opening does not even exist. The two ends on the top inflated unit squeeze the persons face and neck. Oh, and notice where the drain hole is on this unit, in the back so water does not drain out of it also the drain is to narrow so water can't escape down the tub. On this unit buyer beware and little my pictures paint a thousand no's as to why you don't want to pull the trigger on this item.
