Literally ZERO way to contact customer support - there is no number or way to contact the seller on their site on Amazon or their website at all - should have checked that prior to buying it. The treadmill arrived on Friday and now it is Monday. I have tinkered with it for three days and the thing still does not work. The belt is so crooked and after spending literal hours messing with the bolts at the end to get the belt to run straight I finally felt like I was ready to hop on after using the lube and letting run for a few minutes. You can look at the video to see what happens once I start walking on it. SO FRUSTRATING because to return this thing is going to be a nightmare. The belt sticks so bad while walking on it even after the lube. TERRIBLE PRODUCT DO NOT BUY!!!
