I ordered this bag in zebra - it's a nice design (would have been better with more white, but it's not bad regardless) and seems to be sewn well. If those were the only criteria, I would have given this shopper a 5-star rating. However, it lacks a feature which I consider crucial, and that is that the telescoping handle does not lock in place. Even though you pull this bag behind you, that's not enough tension for the handle to always remain extended - it often slides back in a bit, which is very annoying, and not a small inconvenience, especially when trying to maneuver the bag around corners and such. Another shortcoming of this tote, in my opinion, is that it does not stand up unless it's filled with stuff. And even when filled, it doesn't stand up straight, it leans back considerably, and that's because the angle between the back of the bag and the bottom is obtuse. In fact, you often end up dragging the bag on its bottom on the asphalt outside because it barely lifts up from the ground at all when you are pulling the tote on its wheels. I returned the bag because I just couldn't stand using it. As far as I am concerned, this is a defective design.
