In the never ending journey to find a good flag that holds up to minor to moderate (maybe) wind I chose this seller because it seemed their flag may be made better and they had a 1 year warranty (Notice they removed their 1 year warranty because they do not "honor" it. So I get flag July 3 2019 put up July 4th 2019 (on 30' flag pole) flag looks nice with bright colors and seems to fly nicely. Forward to August 4th 2019 and the top corner seems to be coming apart - winds are moderate at most for short periods of time and cheaper flags have gone 3 to 5 months before in similar conditions. My issue is with trying to contact Jetlifee.......impossible. I tried to find a number to no avail - tried to email but no response. So next step is a bad review in hopes they will contact me and we can discuss the 1 year warranty thing. What good is a 1 year warranty if you can't get a hold of them. After 95 people found my comment useful.....guess what??? They sent me an email offering me a $10 Amazon credit if i change my review to 5 stars (realize no new flag offer and I paid $48 for the flag) so I ignored the email. Next day another email from the same person with the same $10 offer....LOL - I responded to it politely stating "that is a fifth of the cost of the flag and not acceptable." Next day....I get email from new named person and now they've upped their game to offering me a $30 Amazon gift card (again no new flag, paid $48 for the flag). This time I responded to the email with (paraphrased) "I will accept your $30 Amazon with a new flag supplied".............Guess what???? NO RESPONSE....LOL Review may be adjusted if they contact me. For now 1 star. UPDATE: STILL NO RESPONSE FROM JETLIFEE. CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION BUYING FROM HERE. UPDATE: All in all Jetlifee is a dishonest Amazon seller that does NOT stand behind their product or their warranty of 1 year (which they've since removed) and does not deserve mine or your hard earned money. Also I have my doubts about the "Veteran" part of their advertising unless it's a veteran of a foreign country. LOL....Mine lasted 1 month....but it takes months and months for them to respond so out of "guarantee" then....and only after my bad review was being noticed. Don't let the 4.5 stars fool you............it's rigged.
