These are not new! They have to be refurbished or returned items they are selling as new. I ordered twice and both times the cleaner came scuffed, dirty and missing items from the box. The first time it was missing the upholstery wand, the second time the users manual and both times the cleaning and pretreat samples mentioned in the description. Very disappointed, as the cleaner looks amazing and is exactly the one I want, but i will be buying it elsewhere. Again this is absolutely not a brand new item, and if somehow it is, then hoover needs to fire their inspectors for allowing items to leave the plant looking like this.
