Device read/write errors near the end of its memory
I tested these flash drives with a "Flash Check" utility (chkflsh.exe) which writes data to all the addresses and then sees if the drive returns the same data when read. These drives showed errors near the "far end" of the memory, which is sometimes a symptom of QC rejects. This means the drive will appear fine at first, but once you start exercising the full range of the drive (which will happen after 128GB of writes) you would be susceptible. Unfortunately, more and more "cheap" flash drives exhibit this behavior and customers don't discover the issue until time has past. Don't use these flash drive unless you can tolerate the appearance of corruption; that is to say.. I don't think you should use these flash drives.
