I bought 2 of these. Generally good quality, good performance, picture, and excellent battery life. So why a 2 star rating? It comes with 16GB internal storage so its a bit limited, but hey, you can add an SD card for a lot more storage. I spent the $ on a 256GB SD card. Well, it turns out that Samsung disabled the feature (called adoptable storage) that lets you use the SD card storage just like the built in storage. So you can move files to the SD card, and SOME apps can be moved to the SD card. The problem is that MOST apps will only load onto the builtin storage. Combine that with the fact the Samsung preloads a LOT of junk apps (that you can't remove) onto the builtin storage and you have a nice tablet that quickly runs out of storage. After doing a lot of research, I understand that there are drawbacks to combining the SD with the builtin storage. It may make the tablet a little slower, and the SD card my burn out sooner, but knowing these things I'm willing to take that risk. I back my stuff up on the cloud anyway. So why, why why Samsung, won't you let me make that choice. If I could do that, this would be a fantastic product across the board.
