Granted, a device like this has an abundance of connection possibilities. Mine should be simple, but isn't. I need to take the last installation option which, to quote their instructions is: "If no solutions listed are ideal for your TV, connect the TV SoundBox to your TV with an external microphone provided by Serene Innovations, at no charge, upon your request." I reached Customer Service after hours of trying, made the above claim and was told the documentation had been updated and I needed to pay for the microphone. I offered them the choice of sending me a microphone or receiving the whole thing back and getting the worst possible review. After a minute or so of silence, the phone hung up. This is the promised review.
