After installing properly, AC will only turn on or off. Can not adjust settings. Remote does not communicate with indoor unit. Can not control with smart phone without using remote. Spent all day installing and can not even use it. When you spend this much on an air conditioner, you should at least have a way to manually control your unit if the remote is defective or whatever the issue may be.
