Does not work with Verizon as it claims it does in the description. I transferred the sim over and began customizing the phone... After a few minutes realized I wasn't connected to data and then realized I had no network coverage... I then went to verizons site and followed protocol to transfer to a new phone. They had me enter the IMEI of the 10L. This showed that the 10L was NOT compatable with the Verizon network. I also called Verizon who again took the IMEI and again confirmed this phone is not compatable with their network. Will be returning. False information that it works with verizon. (Disappointing because I liked the phone itself.)
