Totally unacceptable
This did not work at all. There was supposed to be a beep when the machine was ready - no beep. Plus, the cuff would inflate, stop, then re-inflate, stop, then re-inflate a third time. It was impossible to get a reading. This did not work at all. I sent it back, bought a CVS brand cuff and it has worked perfectly.
