I would rate this no stars if I could! After taxes I paid $400. Opened it right away to air up and use. I couldn’t even use it because there was a hole in the main air chamber. Obviously I was bummed, but no big deal I will return it and get my money back, right!? NO! Outdoor Supply inc said I didn’t return it in its original box, Which I did because that was the only box I had that would fit the large item. The Outdoor Supply Inc said there was a 50% restocking fee! (Which is $200) a restocking fee is for if a person changes their mind, doesn’t want the item and returns it. The item Outdoor Supply Inc sent me a defective item I couldn’t even use it. And they are only going to refund half of my money. Why am I being penalized $200 for a defective item this company sent me?
