The camera itself works great, has a clear image night or day. It was easy to install and set up on my wireless system. The camera gets 5 stars. But the company Zmodo gets 1 star because they are not responsive and provide no customer service. I prepaid for a year of cloud storage for the alert videos. Zmodo sent me an activation code by email so I could set up the service. The code didn’t work so I sent them an email. It took several days to get a response, then I was told the code was void and their e-commerce group would need to send me another one. It’s been over a week and a second follow up email from me and still no working code has been sent. I have paid for a service that I’m not getting and the company seems to be unconcerned with providing a response to fix the problem.
