I really liked this bag. It has very useful compartments - the laptop compartment, tablet compartment and accessories all made a lot of sense. I have a Surface Pro 4 and an Lenovo Thinkpad T460s. It can handle both and made everything very organized for me. I was looking for a cost effective bag that is compact, a backpack, but can still look professional when I go to clients due to my line of work. This WAS the perfect bag - it's L-zips made it also taking laptops and SP4 at airport security checkpoints a breeze. So why the 1 star? I read a couple of reviews before purchasing that areas in the bag easily got frayed. And now, unforfunately, with only just light use for less than 6 months - the left shoulder strap is frayed and almost about to fall off. I have no idea how it started fraying, but I certainly used the bag just for light travel in the subway, once a month for travel. I also work from home at least once a week, so I don't use this everyday. So I am very disappointed that something relatively priced would be broken in 6 months. Yes, this isn't a Tumi, and I had considered buying a Tumi over this, but it's also not a very cheap bag either. Photos attached.
