Terrible experience with first use.
I received this yesterday but didn’t use it until tonight. Followed instructions to a T. Heated it in microwave for one minute. Took it out, tossed the beads a bit, and wanted it a bit warmer. Put it back in microwave for 30 seconds more and opened my microwave to a smoke filled oven with this burnt hole in my wrap. I could have burned my house down. I would give this zero stars if I could.
