Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I should have smelled a rat when it came to all these reviews being so great- But alas! I bought off on the idea that this would be an excellent occasional use backpacking set. Before receiving what we ordered, we got an email from MalloMe stating that they were a small company trying hard and would appreciate a positive review. What arrived what a flimsy, not straight handles- but still looking like for occasional use- okay. The box did show up without the foldable spork. Sent an email to MalloMe, and they responded within the hour that this was very unusual and that they would send a NEW kit with a spork to make up for the problem. Not needing an additional kit, I said if it was that important, send me two sporks. Two weeks past with several emails from us anon response from MalloMe. Finally with the threat to just send the set back, we received a quick email that they would send out the new kit in "2 weeks or so". I figured enough and requested a return to Amazon. Low and behold a new email from MalloMe stating they would get it out right away. So today, we received the new kits from MalloMe via Amazon. Both cooking sets sent are different. But, both are almost beyond amazing. Both sets have been used. One pan most have been used for the fire itself. Food still on the pots, cups and the spork: which won't stay unfolded. Pictures may possibly describe better. AGAIN- this is how I received the product: not after I used it. I believe that most of these reviews come from MalloMe itself. I mean, one problem followed by the rest is a trend and not an unusual event. The MalloMe product is made cheaply and is cheap in price. Handles do not meet evenly and I would question its longevity- but yeah, it is CHEAP when compared to real backpacking cook kits. But apparently the old axiom of "you get what you pay for" is true in spades with this product.
