I bought this item and was thrilled for several months. Then the issues started. 'E5' errors, Shutting off completely...pressure timer starts immediately after turning it on. Too many to mention. I did the right thing and contacted tech support...given the runaround...told replace seals...told to make sure the power cord is connected (really?). Order new cables and seals. Works for a week...stops. Contact Tech support...given the runaround...and they did seemingly everything to avoid a return under warranty. Then said because I didn't have all the original parts I voided the warranty. NICELY DONE! Before you buy, Do a quick google search on these models and you'll find cadres of reports on the same. Yet, Crockpot claims to know nothing. The contacts in the bottom are poor quality and corrode/lose contact quickly. There are multiple videos on how to 'fix' the issues, but, in the end...you buy something to WORK, not for a weekend project. As I said Crockpot...I was kind and professional. ...but ya lost a customer for good.
