The product was ordered and received on Feb 11th 2016. The info provided regarding this item indicated that it has a long shelf life...1 year. Upon receipt of product I was happy to receive and did not inspect the "use by date" This product is used by myself and my husband once a week, but we like having it enough on hand to share and commune with friends. When I noticed that product had changed colors and was turning thick around the bottom of the cup after having just a 2 months....I decided to look at the "use by date" and it was Feb 26, 2016. Keep in my that I did not receive shipment until Feb 11, 2016. I am very disappointed that this company would send out a product with a use by date only 2 weeks out when they indicate in their info that the product is guaranteed to be fresh and have a long self life. I am also disappointed that I did not check this date immediately upon receipt of shipment. I do take the fall for this one, lesson learned and I will not order from this company again. Be sure and check your "use by date" immediately upon delivery if you order this product.
