This thing is absolute JUNK! I bough it because of all the great reviews. I don't believe this product is the same one that all these reviews are talking about. First of all, there is no spin brush on the head so I just sticks itself to the floor and good luck moving it back and forth like vacuuming requires! And once you DO get it to move back and forth, there's no latch to attach the tubes or attachments etc so they keep falling off. The hose is SO short I have to bend over uncomfortably at a 90 degree angel the whole time as seen in the pictures. I'm short at only 5'2 my 6'3 husband could NEVER use this cheap garbage. It HURTS my back. I hate this vacuum with a passion. I regret wasting my money on it. Please DON'T buy.
