Welp, the tablet we received was nothing like what was promised or what was in any of the reviews. It was purchased for my 11 y/o daughter's birthday tomorrow. So, this makes me doubly upset. First, the "new" tablet did not start up in Android's set up your device, instead, it booted right to the unlock page. That should have set off warning bells right away. Then I notice that the version if Android is 6.0, not 7.0, there is no way to run updates. The clock is stuck an hour ahead for some reason. I dug a little further: The file folders on the tablet were created in 2016. Curioser and curiouser... The tablet just came out in the last few months, how could its files have been created in Jan 2016? I put the battery in the stylus, determined to give it a go. Maybe it would work for my kid. I opened up Sketch. There is a 1-2 second delay when drawing. I'm shocked. I download another program (artflow) which seems slightly better. Within 10 minutes of putting the battery in, the stylus no longer works. Yet another indication this is not a new tablet. Also, the screen protector that is on the product is rough and doesn't allow for smooth movent. It feels really bad to touch. I've now sent an email to Simbans. I have no idea when I'll hear back. Now I have to figure out how to not disappoint my little artist. So, I guess check out yours carefully. What I received did not match this product information at all.
