Dead on arrival. Contacted them and they asked me to dissemble the machine and look for loose wires. I did and there was. I hooked up the wire as instructed and it still didn't work correctly. They promised to ship a new part but nothing has arrived. Now that the return window has passed they have stopped responding. I am supposed to rewire it myself, which is already crazy, but they never even sent the parts.
