★★☆☆☆
Sturdy and works fine but takes some jerry-rigging to get it to work right.
You get what you pay for, this was one of the cheaper mills and I wasn't willing to drop a lot of money on it. I am very hands on with putting things together so the 1 page diagram (not what I would call "instructions" was all I needed to put it together. Two sets of hands was handy for some of the steps, we had it together in about 10 min, then the work started. The parts that clamp to the chainsaw bar are not built well and when clamped down and put into the mill I noticed my bar was quite bowed. I took it apart and found that they are not even square to the bar, very important that they are. I had to shim the one side to bring the piece square when fully clamped, you could grind it too, that would be best. This is not something you should have to do, poor quality control. The inch marks on each side for lining up your cut are off on mine as well, probably close to an 1/8", so I have to use a tape measure and measure to the bar on the saw, kind of a pain. Once together it works well and feels sturdy. I would have given it some more stars but when the most critical part is built wrong and you have to start jerry-rigging to make it even work that's frustrating.
