Would rate with negative stars if allowable.......We are gardeners and bought this dehydrator to replace our old one. Long story short; worked great for 3 or 4 months, then it quit heating up. Contacted Vivo customer support via email with the problem. They responded with thier requirements for warranty, purchase/invoice number and a video explaining the problem. I complied immediately, and have had no response following my compliance and multiple follow up emails as to why they were failing to honor their warranty. I gave months of time for them to respond before writing this review. Glad we kept our old dehydrator to use during our harvesting of the garden. I really liked the dehydrator that Vivo sold us on Amazon and just wanted it warranted, but no. So now I am hoping Amazons customer service can get involved with resolving this problem. I would not recommend buying this dehydrator or any product from Vivo. You should buy from any other company, rather than a product from Vivo, I hope this saves someone the trouble of having to deal with these thieves!!!
