Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This is an update to my earlier rating of 3 stars. After posting the review I received a phone call and email from an Ecovacs representstive. A long story short due to me being unsatisfied with the product they offered to replace it. Before I know it they charged my card $199 for an upgraded model and I can't cancel the order. Now why would I want to spend more money on a robot that I wasn't satisfied with in the first place? Now I have the original device that gets stuck on everything and has never docked itself plus paid about $200 for a new one that I will need to return. Keep in mind I never authorized this company to charge my card a second time for a new (more costly) vac!
