I'm appalled at the differences in what was advertised versus what I got. What I expected: an 8 inch, comfy, quality 8 inch gel memory foam mattress with a 20 year warranty that was made in the USA. What I got: an under 7 inch memory foam mattress that is very firm, that the included documentation shows it only has a 10 year warranty.. if they lied about that, is it truly made in the USA as well? The advertised 20 year warranty and 8 inch thickness is what sold me for the price along with supporting USA workers. Had I known it was going to only be 10 year and under 7 inches, I would have shopped elsewhere. The product shipped in a huge oversized box that was twice the needed size, I'd think if they are looking to cut costs maybe they should have shipped in the appropriate sized box instead of falsely advertising it. I allowed the bed to expand for over 48 hours before taking the measurements. The corners of the mattress are still sloped downwards as well, making the mattress look old and used when the sheets are on. Too large and heavy to try to ship it back for a refund, so we'll use it and I'll update this review as I see how it holds up. Update: It looks like they have changed the ad from 20 year to 10 year warranty. Mattress is being used daily & so far is holding up well. It still measures under 7" thick but happy that it hasn't developed any dips or issues.
