Only have one star, as you don’t have an option to “NO” stars! Very very disappointed, DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THIS”!!! My 1 year grand daughter is obsessed with phones, so I thought this would be a great accessory for her bday car/wagon when we are walking or heading to the park. This phone “straight out the box” does NOT do anything it describes! Touch screen does not work, if an adult can’t push/touch the buttons for use then how can a baby/toddler/child?? It says you can record, again no. Please watch the video....complete junk, disappointing as VTech use to be, the toy to buy!!! When raising my kids, VTech was so expensive, but didn’t mind paying it, as they always did as described and my kids loved them. I even have a few VTech toys from 20+ years ago that still work as perfect as the day we purchased...now a days, hardly nothing from VTech works! (We’ll see if this post/video even makes it to the review section! I give this a complete 👎🏼 And a 0️⃣ ⭐️ Rating!
