Used to be better
When it was the Tagg app I got email and text alerts when my pet left the home area. I was a happy customer until whistle and this tracker came out. It promised faster response times to the pet leaving home area, it still takes at least 10 minutes before it will register my pet as being gone, and there is no way to tell the app that my pet is gone. It won't allow you to track your pet until it registers as gone.
