Cannot support people of size contrary to its weight limit of 500lbs
My father is 315lbs and has gone through two of these. It’s a great concept but is not quality made. Both time one of the wheels completely fell off and after further inspection the wheel bearings were completely stripped. This product says it can support up to 500lbs so that means the wheels should have held. Amazon replaced it once but will not send a second one. I’ve been referred to the manufacturer and reaching someone that can help me there is a headache.
