The cooler was great and I was happy when it arrived. I had it plugged into my truck and it worked great on the 3-hour drive to our camping spot. I used the mobile app to check on it from time to time on the way up. However when I arrived the unit was off and would not turn back on. So here I am completely remote with a ton of food and I'm dead in the water. I couldn't believe it. I returned it and can't imagine buying another one after this fiasco. To be clear, this cooler was babied too, I had it on a cushy seat, with good ventilation, plugged into a new truck, and I was only on smooth dirt roads. There is no reason it should have just died on me. It's poor quality control.
