I drew up plans for making my own gutter wand before I saw this. I bought it several years ago and I LOVE it!! It has great pressure and easy to handle. Notice 2 things different from the rest shown: 1) On/off lever 2) Cushion at the top so it doesn't knock around the gutter with metal on metal. I plan to order a second one just in case they stop making them. It has paid for itself several times over and there is no need to climb on a ladder to clean the gutters of a one-story house. AMENDING MY REVIEW: I bought one of these for my friend because I am so thrilled with mine. She couldn't use it for many of the reasons others notes. When I looked at hers, there is one major difference. On mine the whole wand is metal including the hose attachment. Hers is plastic and cheap. I'm very disappointed in Orbit changing the metal hose attachment from metal to plastic, yet the cost of the wand was the same cost.
