I am really bummed to leave this review, I really enjoyed the product after install, but less than 1 year i have had 1 side randomly degrade to 10% of its original brightness and to file for warranty it states to go through amazon customer service, Amazon customer service is useless and tells you to go to the same link that leads back to speaking to Amazon customer service. I have written 5 emails to the manufacture website contact (cares@hikariled) with absolutely no response. I have written them every week for 5 weeks now in attempts to warranty product. I was forced to order a different brand and actually less impressed with that product compared to this product, but sad when advertised with warranty that is non-existing.
