HEALTH & SAFETY HAZARD! IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR PETS AND YOUR FAMILY- STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. As soon as we plugged it in, we started smelling burned plastic. I looked it up and found that the manufacturer said that this would be resolved after a few uses, so we gave it another try. After a couple of uses, it literally melted! (See attached photos). The thing could actually cause a fire at my house, not to mention, the fumes from burnt plastic are highly toxic! Comfort Zone should really look into that before someone gets hurt!
