Stopped working after two weeks
Two weeks after purchasing, the pad stopped heating up to the full high temperature. It was lukewarm at best. At first Amazon wouldn't take back the item for hygiene reasons. But then I sent an email explaining the situation and they gave me a full refund since I am a Prime member.
