Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I had mine for almost a year and it worked great until a few months ago. The interface wasn't as intuitive or consistent as my Nook (Glowlight) but it was easy enough and the Kindle book prices, selection, X-Ray, Wikipedia and Good Reads integration made up for it. However, a few months ago it started crashing repeatedly. Endless freezes that would necessitate me holding down the power button and forcing a restart. I took to forums searching a solution. Then tried contacting Amazon directly via Twitter. Finally I did a hard reset. Firmware updates. All did nothing. After the millionth crash I decided to destroy it. I couldn't even use it for more than a few minutes at a time. Thinking of getting a Kobo or going back to my Nook. This really left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm scared to try another Kindle.
