READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY!! This is also referenced by a customer review on July 18, 2018. The trimmer I received is NOT as shown. The stringer head type is different. I realized this once the units string became stuck. As I disassembled I realized it is not the same as shown in the PRODUCT MANUAL... As the previous review notes this is important because the design of this stringer head is prone to clogging the string. It does NOT HAVE the dual spool separation. The set is to take one long piece of string and funnel it through the spool and wind 2 sides in different directions. This has been extremely frustrating that even DeWalt would attach the very product manual incorrectly with the unit. I too will be sending this back. I just wish I would have used this enough within the 30 day Amazon return window. I cannot say enough how wrong and disappointing this is. DeWalt should be ashamed of this shoddy product.
