Need a hose? This is the one and only, best hose for your hard earned dollar! I purchased this hose last summer and instantly loved it. It does what it says and the company 100% stands behind their product. So rare these days when you can’t get the “big” companies to care and stand behind their products and services. The hose is lightweight, flexible and easy to maneuver even when my water spout is open full power. Best hose I’ve ever used. Period. I got a couple of small leaks in a couple locations and applied some repair tape specially made for the job which helped but still leaked. I was bummed because I love this hose so much. I then remembered the manufacturer has a lifetime guarantee and sent them an email. They responded immediately asking for my address, order number and short video of the problem. I sent it and same day got a reply saying a replacement hose was on its way. I can’t tell you how happy I am. Considering that I recently purchased an expensive split unit air conditioner from Home Depot and within 2 days of purchasing discovered a defective part. Boy, it’s been a nightmare getting Home Depot to answer the phone let alone help with the problem. It’s been several weeks and they still can’t resolve the issue. So imagine my appreciation to Xpandahose! If you garden, you need this! Updated review! In my previous review I spoke too soon and knew when Brian at JandB asked me to post a review, said his sales depended on customer reviews. I should have waited until they resolved my issue before leaving such a glowing review. I was distracted by his quick response and willingness to make the customer satisfied. Huge red flag! When JandB offered me the option of refund or replace I chose to replace. I hate to say that I find it no surprise that since that day I have not been able to communicate with them. My emails bounce back. I’m disappointed whenever I come across people who conduct business like this. Buyer beware, it’s a good hose until it’s not. Happy and safe gardening life!
