Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

After doing thorough research on what bed protector to buy I finally settled on this one, it had excellent reviews and everyone seemed to love it. I had it for about 2 months with no issue and I had a small child sleeping in my bed and I didn't think it was going to be a problem with the mattress protector. BOY WAS I WRONG. The child had an accident and it went through all the way down the mattress and left a huge stain. The mattress wasn't more than 6 months old either. Needless to say I'm not happy with the product. If customer service would contact me that would be great I'd love to talk to them.
