Giving one star because of the lack of stability. If we don't support the ramp in the middle under the hinge, the ramp starts too sag and is very shaky. I've seen several reviews where the ramp is broken in the same place. It looks like the plastic needs to be thicker in these areas to prevent breakages. It will not make it more stable though only something under the hinge will do that. I also notice our dog doesn't want to go up the ramp. After adding bright color towels our dog walks up no problem.
