I purchased the grey bean bag a while ago with the black one to compliment it. As you can see above, the gray bean bag was not as filled as the black one, the least they could do is provide a refill with every purchase if scenarios like mine were to occur. Very disappointed at how the gray one ended up being. P.S. I’m more than happy to change this review the second my problem gets solved. Day 3 after review: Seems like I haven’t gotten a message from them back, which is a shame. The black bean bag chair is amazing, and I’m sure after a bean transplant the gray chair will be as good as the black one. But not great.
