I've been taking this for a week. I can't comment on the hair skin and nails part, but as a multi vitamin this is pretty good. I feel very energized and I can sleep better for some reason. I like it so far. I will keep taking for a few months. "Not a paid review, purely honest" Update: it has been 28 days of me taking the exact dose. Energy wise, it doesnt boost energy. Nails have grown, my hair is a little more thicker. My skin looks amazing. So for hair, skin and nails this is great. As a multivitamin for energy boosting properties this is not so great. Update: 09/13/2017 3 months of taking this. I really like this vitamin. I take two tablets at night, I do not have any stomach issues. My nails are growing like wildfire, skin looks amazing and hair is still getting there. Updated: the last few bottles I received I got broken tablets. Quality is not there. Will not order again.
