I was very excited as it was supposed to be a quick and easy install. Boy was I wrong, it did not install as it was suppose to and then I had to go online to try to do it that way. It also gave me an error and when I spoke to customer service they said I had a virus and that I needed to download a software and they would do it for me. This was a red flag for me as my computer was just bought within the last month and came with Microsoft defender/firewall. He was very insistent even after I said no I was no longer interested and would be returning the product. Would not recommend at all!!
